ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- FREE delivery on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹399
- A nominal shipping fee will apply on orders below ₹399 (charges displayed at checkout)

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery on most pin codes across India. COD availability will be shown automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

SERVICEABILITY
We currently ship across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of checkout, please contact our support team — we will do our best to assist you with alternate arrangements.

DELAYED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to logistical issues. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at [your support email] or [your support phone number], and we will track and resolve the issue promptly.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the product and packaging, so we can assist you with a replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
